Her organizational mindset is legendary, complemented by their exceptional communication and project management skills. Since 1995, Paula has served as a Co-Owner of Your Personal Event Planner Inc., leaving an unforgettable mark on the industry. From marketing and planning events to both personal and corporate clients, to expertly curating a range of enticing venue options, she has a flair for making dreams come true. Her negotiation skills are second to none, ensuring that event contracts align perfectly with clients' visions.
Paula is proud to have obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the prestigious University of Phoenix. Throughout her educational journey, she gained a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices that drive successful business operations.
Marsha is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in executive leadership, operations management and the planning and implementation of corporate and association events. Marsha has a proven track record supporting businesses and associations in the planning and managing of successful events ranging in size from small board retreats to large multi-media productions for as many as 3,000+ attendees. She also has held key roles in association management such as Chief Operating Officer at the Colorado Automobile Dealers Association and CEO of Compassion & Choices where Marsha advocated for end-of-life options and compassionate care. Marsha combines her expertise in organizational management, creating successful events, and strategic planning to make a meaningful impact in diverse client sectors. She earned her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) designation and served as the President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Meetings Professional International (MPI). She has volunteered countless hours giving back to the event/hospitality and association management industries as well as for nonprofits who advocate for children at risk and provide opportunities for all children to live safe and healthy lives.
